I can only hope that either Everton are trying to get an auction going for Rangers to sell him to some other mugs, or Everton are using Rangers and Jelavic to ty and lower the asking price of another striker we have our eye on.

Anything approaching £8M (and that includes anything about add ons or makeweight players in a deal) would be a serious dereliction of duty with this club's meagre finances....and which would come out of a sale of a valued first team player by the sounds of it.

I'll be fuming if this one goes through.

Honestly I'm going to send a few mates some of your comments on McMahon.....you obviously dont know the guy.

Ive met him several times through others and he loves liverpool and hates everton.....if you disagree then youre in your own world.

Sheedy was dead on about NZogbia being our target in the summer, something others later confirmed as did the papers.....LCAB pretty much outright wrote in a thread (i started on here naming sheedy on the source) that he was a clueless liar.

That to me is a charlatan + his 'more transfers in than out' comment in the summer was another lie....Sheedy is a respected poster who doesnt claim to be itk but receives info from an agent friend....I choose to believe him everyday of the week.

Give a **** about people's opinions of each other, but that just isn't what he said at all. I've seen that repeated loads of times and it's become more and more inaccurate. What he actually said is not to watch the out door, watch the in one, as in be positive and focus on the players joining rather than the ones leaving. Nothing to do with how many players in or out.

Most people that actually know stuff are sound, otherwise how would they get in that position? It's not a competition, no need to spread absolute dirt.

Not too confident of it being a smokescreen for another player , I would go as far as 4m rising to 5-6m , with add ons which include him scoring goals , or us getting in the europa , 8m seems steep to say the least .

Spot on that mate. I watched a few Rangers games and I always thought he was ropy. And a dodgy attitude too by the sounds of it. Be typical of Moyes if he blew what money we do have on Jelavic. Anything north of a couple of million for him and he needs sectioning.

Rangers are paying off his previous club Split from any deal. They want Everton to pay that and then want a big drink out of it themselves on top. He's seriosly average...and that's being kind.

Moyes is a pr1ck if he agrees to all that.
