He rarely starts. Bilić has weird decisions lately (in last two cycles) on formation and on starting eleven selection, like player efficiency isn't that much important. He was in great shape at Rapid and Gers, and that was not enough.

To be honest, a big strong target man striker is what we need. Someone to really enforce the play, maybe Jelavic can take on that role.
