Plus, during the time he was at Everton we were the most negative club in the league. We can't hide from that. And that's all he can go on really.
I don't think the lads done a lot wrong from what I've seen. He hasn't been calling the club, manager or fans. He's enjoying his football. He had a torrid time when he was here and you can understand if he has some reluctance to come back. But I think it's great to see him doing so well on loan and hopefully come back and impress Silva in the summer.

I wouldn't be surprised if he does have some negative feelings towards the club and I wouldn't blame him if he did either. But these comments were made in response to questions he's been asked in an interview. And apart from saying he would like to play in Spain because the style of football suits his game, nothing he's said there has in any way disrespected the club. And it certainly doesn't warrant him never playing for us again. I'll happily leave that decision up to Marco who will decide based on whether or not he's good enough.
Just say the lad continues to improve this season and turns into a quality midfield playmaker. Do you really think we should turn him away because he said in an interview that he thought Liverpool were good enough to win the champions league

Absolutely nuts this CSKA team: average age of 23 and that's pretty much brought right up all by their second choice left-wingback that's playing tonight.
Hopefully he keeps playing well and we double our money next summer.
