He's either got to compete for a role out wide with Lennon OR with Sigurdsson.

If he can add something defensively to his game id be happy to see him play every game on the right.

...I think he is a bit of a liability played in a wide position. Once in the first half Beningame got sucked in and their wide player was in on goal with Vlasic stuck in no man’s land.

Put him in an attacking midfield role and he’s different gravy. Hornby won every flick on yet Mirallas didn’t exploit that once by going beyond him. Broadhurst gets one flick on and Vlasic capitalises with a super goal. We need to utilise him where he’s most effective because he can play.

Can't pin it on what exactly, but when watching the lad you just have the feeling gea going to develop into a very good player indeed over the next 2-3 years.

Him and Lookman both have potential to be the level of player we currently can't attract to the squad when the finished article.

Good player this kid. Could be the one to get you off your seat a la Kanchelskis whenever he gets the ball. Not a winger though

...his running style really reminds me of Jack Wilshire. Parts of his game were terrific against Arsenal, picking the ball up from deep and running with purpose at the opposition. To this end, he’s more a Barkley type but I think his goal scoring and passing potential is better.

Tom Davies doesn't do enough to be a shoe in every week, Vlasic is faster and a better all round player for me.

I'm hopeful he can grow into something similar. We've missed Stevie Pienaars intelligent link up play for a while now. He has the potential to be as good anyway.
