Will be gutted if it's true that the FA have blocked this move while allowing ManU and Pool to sign their players. :(

But I won't trust anything until I've seen a newly taken picture of Fernandes in his new shirt or our OS goes out and says the deal is burried.
 
I for one am close to [Poor language removed] football off altogether. I mean what is the point when the only 4 who are allowed to compete are the "Big 4", sky certainly don't want anyone to break into the top 4, and it looks the premier league don't either.

So what is the [Poor language removed] point???
 
I honestly can't believe the Premier League had a meeting and made a decision to block the deal on a Sunday. It's a bank holiday weekend, none of those tossers are likely to be working.
 

Who said they decided at all.
I haven't seen anything from the Prem League (nothing on their web site)and if they had done it earlier than today we would surely have heard about it before now.
 
You know I dont know if anyone noticed, but I posted the exact translation of what it says on their website (on the first page of this thread) and it claims 60million euros? 40million pounds? slipup? 60 instead of 6? 6million euros? 4million pounds? Yeah right...

I admit I'm just very devastated and picking on little glimpses of hope he doesnt leave us. I'm sure more will be clear tomorrow.

calm down dears, it was only last week the papers rehashed the arteta to spain story from last summer and the summer before that.

fernandes was definatley in this country and in the northwest last week. thats a nailed on take it to the bank fact.

only beurocratic tape is stopping yakubu actually signing and being pictured with shirt.

i want to know who else are we going to sign.

Yes, but it is on the Valencia Official Site.
 
and its reported as the manny deal being blocked by the f.a so he would have been here for the medical and so on!
