Smashed the kopites today like.
Nantwich overcame an early one goal deficit to win 2-1. Really good game first half. Second half was mehh.

Yep, comfortable enough 3 points today. Important to bounce straight back with a win, though Purps are an absolute bag of turds on fire.

Warrington Town 0-2 Marine.

First away goals and Win since August. Marine by far the better side and how it was needed.

A loss would have put us 9 points off the hosts, that's now 3. In truth, the hosts were abysmal, nearly as abysmal as the officials.

@Sporting Billy i worry for you guys, don't think you threatened our goalkeeper once!

I remember him starting against Blackburn away on a Monday night and we lost, and i think that might have been 2003, really puts it into context

Everton levels of abysmal.Possibly the worst I’ve seen us play considering the opposition( no offence). Like watching park football at times. Couldn’t put 2 passes together. Marine clearly deserved to win though they weren’t great either.
Not the best start to the new year.

Really tightening up at the top of the NPL West after Widnes were held 1-1 at home by Linnets in El Classitoll. Congleton who just can’t stop winning, won again, as did Vauxhall and Hednesford who are building up a serious head of steam at the minute.

Bad day for Nantwich and Chasetown who seem to be slipping out of title contention and into the playoff battle.
