Haha almost went to that myself todayMy first visit to Three bridges ground. Rough patron's, a ridiculously loud tannoy playing dance music and a 6-2 drubbing for Beckenham. Very odd ground. 4g pitch surrounded by high green fences. Felt like watching in a goals complex. The only nice aspect was it's right next to the station

Widnes beat Hanley 2-0 yesterday which condemned Hanley to relegation and maintained a 7 point gap to Hednesford, who of course beat the pathetic City of Liverpool 4-0.
6 games to go and Widnes need 4 wins to mathematically secure the title. Hednesford looking unlikely to drop another point and are on an absolutely ridiculous run of form, so ultimate professionalism needed. Into the home straight now.

Worrying! That Aidan Mccarthy was the one who was breaking all the Hilton stuff last year (look at Matlock now!) So I'll use him as a good source too!
That Dave Hilton stuff was a surreal time, went from white knight after Peter Swann, to the devil himself in no time.
Apparently it does look like the 'deal agreed in principle' page on fc100000 has been taken down, so maybe a good sign. Sponsors are pushing back, hopefully the money talks.
