There's going to be another large scale war eventually, the world's population needs shrinking one way or another.

Exactly, so before too many other countries get nukes we should agree to carve up the world. The USA can have South America, Russia can have everywhere ending in ISTAN, China can have all the other countries in the pacific rim, bar AUS and NZ and Europe can have Africa again. India can keep India. So load up the nukes boys and blast away.......

could we not just get planning permission, and have an extension on earth? It would give all of the unemployed a job as well. No body has to go to war then.
