1) I believe it to be improbable that the USA would retaliate towards any aggression from NK using nukes.

2) I've got two words for you that, in conventional warfare, would render the North Koreans impotent. Those words are Air and Superiority.

Either launched from carriers or from South Korea, any conventional attack from NK would be dealt with rather swiftly from the air.

The biggest problem is the 'almost ready for the retirement home' Generals, Kim has pissing in his pocket. They're almost on their death beds and wouldn't give a single black rat's arse if the world went up in smoke. They're the ones with the grudge left over from 60 years ago. I don't think Supreme Haircut is solely to blame for all this sabre rattling.

However much the rhetoric gets ramped up - we should never forget that if it does kick-off RoK and the US are in for one helluva 24 hours, as their sheer numbers should be cause for concern. I was talking to my mates Grandad who took part in the first scuffle back in the 50's and he said "you really couldn't shoot the ****s fast enough".

As a footnote I personally believe that all this titfoolery is related to the average size of the DPRK dicks. I've heard it reported that they are generally regarded as having teeny peckers.
