Couple notes from that:
- Mykolenko, Allan, Dobbin & Simms aren't present. Can only assume it's a Covid situation with Allan but not sure about the other three. Everyone else looks to be there, including Delph.
- The training itself seems a bit different from the stuff Benitez & co had them doing. It was all pretty much quick passing & moving drills with no let up. Ferguson & Ebrell very vocal in their instructions.
- First time we've seen El Ghazi in training. Some nice footwork & finishing from him in that small pitch exercise.
- Second time I've noticed that Rondon seems quite vocal in these sessions. Say what you want about how crap he's been on a matchday (and he has) but he comes across very focused on the training ground.
- I generally like how Richarlison & Mina have a bit of a laugh together, but it was good to see Ferguson effectively calling for them to pack it in before that running drill lol
- Noticed Patterson wasn't involved in that crossing exercise at the end. I only noticed Coleman, Kenny & Townsend there. In fact I don't think I noticed Patterson much at all during the second half of the session.

Gomes and Allan are definitely his pivots in his plans. Definitely except a signing there in the Summer as don't think either have the cute movement and positional sense to do it well. Maybe earmarked VDB for that role?

The number of times the the interviewer asked about "The Owner and The Chairman" clearly fishing for a praise filled soundbite had a very North Korea feel about it. Prentice first day at work yesterday, it has his arse sniffing fingerprints all over it.
