Everton 3 West Ham 0 in May 1985 at Goodison Park. Tony Gale, Graeme Sharp and Phil Parkes in action #Div1-

That was the night we were presented with the League Championship trophy. I remember the West Ham fans applauding the Everton team. As a young lad, that amazed me. We didn't get out of second gear that evening but won at a canter.

I was too young to go to the match then, but I watched this the other week. Fabulous. I did get taken to see the Holy Trinity a good few times before Bally went to Arsenal...Thank God ! Here some of the match

..i’m sure I was at that game. Let’s not forget, that is close to the United X1 that won the European Cup, they had some special players but watching Bobby Charlton and Alan Ball on the same pitch was more than special. Two key players in a World Cup winning team, we were so lucky.
