A fabulous night, that year was the first time they sold the FA cup final programme outside of London, bought mine at the Oldham v Everton game, got Johnny Carey's autograph on the front of it. Johnny was at the game as Blackburn Rovers
manager, if Everton would have lost Blackburn would have been promoted instead of us. With the backing Everton
supporters gave the team that night there was no chance of that, I go back to that day, game and night every so often, it always leaves me feeling absolutely great. We all might get that feeling under the three M's,
