Friday is my favourite day for reading this thread.
When I start dreading a Saturday fearing the worst about how we will get on nowadays I can reflect on the good(and bad) times of yesteryear with a smile again..

My Mum passed away on Wednesday. She had to take me to the Panathanikos game as my Dad was ill so a picture of that game would be greatly appreciated

That was in the middle of that run of draws we had that, as much as the Carlisle disasters, was to cost us the league. Drew 7 out of 8 I think, with Latchford injured for most of them. Had he been fit we might have nicked two or three of them.

Yep he scored 2 one pen and that goal - a sad day for me - they never gave him and the Latch much of a chance to forge a partnership........
He had back problems and moved to Man City where he hit a rich vein of form to be recalled to the England team.......
