At his best I haven't seen many players as good as Reidy at Goodison, he had a great engine, passion, skill and he was a born winner.

Alan Ball was like him with goal scoring prowess- imo the best box to box midfielder ever to wear a blue shirt - yet Reidy was brilliant too, and won more honours .......
Yet Bally was so special playing on worse pitches, and in a less defensive team....the Catt sold him it was the biggest mistake ever!
