The GV had a great playing career at his local club Hearts and Everton before moving to Glentoran. He is a true legend at Everton where he won a League Championship medal alongside Billy Bingham and where he is still revered as "The Golden Vision", a nickname coined by Glens legend Danny Blanchflower.-
