that's the trinity. We all know that. so not trying to be clever here.

As a youngster I read every football magazine I could get my hands on. They were our main source of footballing information many moons ago.
I have read that West Ham had a trinity. Their 1966 world cup three.
Man Utds famous three up front was often called a trinity.
But for me the one true trinity was those three guys pictured.
Loved those three. The school of science. Everything controlled by those guys.
What more can you say about them. They should have won more at Everton.
They were proper footballers. I salute them.
Wish we had them nowadays.

Great action shot. I thought it was Albert Dunlop when I first looked. But now I'm not sure. Must check out some keepers from the late 1950s and early 1960s. You've got me thinking.
