Sitting on the deck is his old scoring partner Trevor Francis looking unbothered but definitely bewildered by big Bobs traditional goal salute. Maybe he's thinking why haven't the Toffees signed me. What a combo that would have been. A trophy winning one I would suggest.

It was rumoured we tried our very best to sign Francis, but he became the first million pound player -

Didn't know that. A couple of years down the line he is winning Notts Forest European cups and League championships and other trophies. Makes you wonder. And Bob without a winners medal in his career for all his amazing goal scoring feats. One of the imponderables in the great game.
