I went to his testermonial game had a few beers and a gang of us rd plus blue fans went the days were players needed the cash ....he was a great goal scorer with a good personality for one of them in that era ......
The picture was a toungue in cheek joke, but Brian Harris almost played with no handicap at golf some say he could have taken the game up professionally.......he was that good .......

Heard the same about "Handsen"too Joey......wish he had took up golf,doh!!!

I was unwell late last night a telephone appointment on November the 3rd with a consultant as my insulin is problematic......ATM ......not going near the hospital because of Covid 19 .....feel a bit better this am , but it needs sorting ....thanks this thread keeps me going thanks to you plus everyone else on this great thread, my. Book collection is getting massive

Good Luck Joey... hope that gets sorted quickly. I've been waiting for a replacement pacemaker... like you I dont want to go to hospital but we have no choice. Seeing all the people not doing the right thing on the ale/do's etc means my queue is getting longer day by day.

You are correct Tangerine, we attacked Gwladys St in the first half.
I remember Bell scoring at the Park End very early in the game, maybe after about 5 mins.
