…don’t think so, terrific keeper was Waiters. I think he played for England a few times.

No way! He was at BFC before Westy, lost his place to him, then took over the reigns after he went to Everton. Great keeper and as Eggs mentioned played for England a few times.
Was manager of Vancouver Whitecaps when ex Tangerine team mate Alan Ball and Roger Kenyon helped them win their only North American League title in 1979.
