Have had another look, it was bugging me and I was thinking it must be a player but now I’m thinking it’s possibly John Clinkard - physio of that team?

That fits the era of the players on the photo never David Moyes or the Latch like @Eggs and I thought .,....

Gordon Lee - pictured here c. 1962 - had six seasons as a first team player at Aston Villa, followed by a brief spell at Shrewsbury. He then embarked on a managerial career which brought him to Everton in the 1976/77 season.
