I was at that game ,could you imagine over 57,000 being at a 3rd round replay against Burnley theses days ? the FACup was magical then.

when I was a kid my late mother knitted me one to save funds - hated to tell her it iched my head off as it was pure wool!
wore it with pride though!

it was the norm for players to smoke the era etc - Roy vernon my older brother got his autograph outside the ground and his fingers were full of nicotine a real chain smoker yet what a player!
