Was raised on princess drive and still live a stones throw from there, and worked the majority of my career in Huyton and for the love of me I can’t reconcile these two images are of the same place

Huyton had many farms surrounding it right upto after World War 2 - My late mother told me as a girl how she played in the farmers fields eg the now St Johns estate- Manor Farm Road was on the perimeter of the newly built housing estate to take over spill from Liverpool City centre .
Huyton was a tiny village back then,
