This is from like 72/73. My mum and aunty are in this, as they grew up in Newenham Crescent.
This picture was shown to my brother by Colin Harvey as he grew up on the same street.
I understand it's celebrating them lot but I still like it.
Gone - Longview Drive Huyton - served that awful brew Ten bitter - I then lived not far away from this pub -

I'm messed up timeline-wise. He'd have been 28 by 72. I'm 90% sure I was told as a kid his parents lived there, and my child brain filed it as the family home. Maybe they moved after he grew up. I'll check into it.

….thanks for that, it’s part of my childhood. The clip of the ‘Hippy’ would’ve been taken from the top of my street and all the film around Margaret St baths. Kids and dogs roaming the streets, came home when they were hungry, how life has changed in a generation.
