The buses were so cheap too - plus hw many times you handed your money to the conductors & that gave you half of your money back & were told to,pick a used ticket of the floor if the inspector boarded lolRemember, many a time, legging it across that road cos the 6C was coming. Don't know why really. There were so many buses in those days it would probably only been a 5 - 10 min wait for the H8 or something ...

I used to plant these up working on a plank it took 2 days & 2 staff plus me - from scratch a work of art - then the clipping afterwards - high maintenance - i won an award for the best in the UK once - high competition indeed -

Evidently there was a fruit store above it - no alcohol licence permitted on the first Cavern ... there have been three in all -….Liverpool ‘filled-in’ the original Cavern Club and turned it into a bit of land for car parking.
