Swerve he obviously went swimming in the sea while in Oz and a shark has taken a chunk out of his leg, not sure he'll be the same player after that...

It's probably why he's a bit upset... :p

Olivier Giroud could be on his way to Germany.

Speculation continues to surround the Arsenal striker following the arrival of £52 million Alexandre Lacazette at the Emirates this summer.

With the World Cup looming large at the end of the coming season, Giroud is said to be keen to ensure he plays regular football so he can keep his place in Didier Deschamps’ French side.

And having lost his place in the Arsenal team to Danny Welbeck towards the end of last season, the capture of Lacazette could see him fall even further down the pecking order at the Emirates.

Everton and West Ham have been heavily linked, but reports now claim that German giants Borussia Dortmund have started talks with the Gunners about the 30-year-old frontman.

According to Mirror Sport, the Bundesliga side want Giroud to replace Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, who is set for a £65m move to Chelsea.

Arsenal are said to be demanding £35m for Giroud, who admitted earlier this week that he was open to a move away from the club he joined in 2012.

Speaking to Football.London during Arsenal’s pre-season tour of Australia, he said: “It is an option to be honest with you.
“I’m here in pre-season, I wanted to travel. Some people asked me if I am going to travel or not and of course, I am Arsenal player and for the moment I am here so I just want to prepare well for the season and we will see later.

“But it is true that I really enjoyed my five years with Arsenal.”
