seriously? why do 80% on here get so built up on rumours, if it's anything positive towards us you nit pick anything and everything at the source, yet if it's negative you all view it as gospel with things like "was never going to happen anyway", "move onto someone else", "why have we wasted our time" etc.

Stop having a go at the 80% brigade.

Look, if they do not moan then they end up sounding like Kopites, world class, win der league, blah blah.

I appear to have encountered the middle of this conversation?

Sorry that is my bad,

Unfortunately like many of us, i have RS fans in my life... and one particuarly scum of all scums just happens to be sauced to the eyeballs.... regarding RS news... never got a sniff of anything us related from him....

But he sent me a photo of vvd in the shirt yesterday and then this morning showdd me a pic of Coutinho undergoing a medical in a Barcelona

Could it be that the rs may look to bring in another forward? Thus Giroud pitching us against one another?

Genuine question
Has there been even one credible link saying that Everton are interested in signing Giroud?
Over 200 pages of pure speculation, homoerotic rhetoric, football manager stats, opinions and wishes.

Any concrete links?

Any?

I'm not in the know, but my feeling is that he isn't exactly enthused about coming to Everton. If he was, I think the deal would have happened a while ago.

Despite people saying its a world cup year and that has to play it seems to me that he his having a hard time accepting that with Lacazette signing he is going to be lower down the pecking order. Arsenal are probably more than happy to keep him as a back up striker but he is deluded if he thinks he is going to get the same amount of playing time next season.

From a footballing perspective, Everton is a good move for him, guaranteed games, a team that finished just two places below Arsenal last season and probably decent wages. But he probably likes the London lifestyle and will convince himself that he is in with a chance of playing a decent part next season.

We should move on, Gylfi clearly wants to join, this feller, not too sure.
Forget Giroud. Not very good and he thinks he is gods gift to mankind. A real idiot!

1. Giroud is utterly not a Klopp style player
2. Arsenal 100% would not sell to Liverpool after all the stuff post Suarez bid

No such thing as "concrete links" - until a player signs all that exists is simply a transfer rumour, nothing more.

I seem to remember this wasnt the scout on dutch radio or something lile that, was asked about interest in dolberg? Or someone similar and his response was "we are buying Giroud for £20m as he is £5m cheaper"

Which is a definitive statement, we are buying instead of we are exploring the option of
