The fact of the matter is we’ve got enough points on the board to mean we should be well clear and not even thinking about relegation at this moment in time. That means he’s done a better job than I thought he could do or expected him to do.

He’s definitely got his faults, it’s concerning that he doesn’t know what to do without Doucoure, the subs thing still drives me mad. But based purely off results he’s earned the rest of the season and talk of getting rid of him how is absurd. Would give him a solid 7/10 overall so far.

8 - If it wasn't for the off the field stuff we would be safe now and planning for next season. Might have faired better in the cups without that nonsense in the background (unlikley I know, but if the PL case does fall apart we should sue).

Defo a massive improvement, he's got more out of this squad in terms of points on the board than many predicted which is/was the priority. That we're pretty safe (point deduction aside) at this point of the season speaks volumes, so a solid 7.79/10.

More to the point, that he still pi$$es off the Everton da's by leaving loads of dead good players on the bench each week, means it's an extra 0.4 out of 10, which, with Mosh's accounting skills makes it a solid 7.95.

5/6.

Home record, stubbornness regarding subs, running players into the ground.

Tough circumstances but could help himself.

All things considered I think an 8 is fair.

To say that he has his hands tied behind his back is an understatement.
We can't even bring in a player on loan never mind sign anyone on a permanent basis.
He is going to lose one of his better younger players during the summer and apart from Stanley Mills I don't think there is anyone in the academy ready to step up.

Doing a good job all things considered , drama around the club , small squad ect.
Football is awful, but we have escaped relegation in the last two seasons so can't really expect him to turn them into a a free flowing team over night,
we just don't have the players to do that anyway.
Playing under constant pressure dosnt help either,
we havnt had a single bit of time to just relax and play with a bit of freedom.
Substitute decisions are a weak piont for me.
Give him 7 or 8 .
Think he has a certain shelf life at the club for the future, but right now is doing a decent job in shocking circumstances.
More chance of staying up with him than without him so still has my support.
It's going to be a rough period for us the next month or so ,
I expect he will come on for some grief.
