I think he's doing well enough given the circumstances that we are in.
I have to dock him some points for his game management, team selection (though this has improved) and his personality ( grates on me).
He's probably the best person we can hope for in our current situation, but I won't be sad to see him go when his contract ends.

8 sounds a bit crazy. We couldn't afford an 8/10 manager even if the idiots at the helm of Everton were able to recognize a decent manager.
But I agree with 8 if we are talking in terms of what an outdated dinosaur like Dyche can achieve with this lot.
