Organic wines

Apart from the ones naturally found in grapes?
Not that I specifically mentioned grapes, but yeah.
The OP mentioned 'organic wines' and by law you can't add extra 'sulphur' (in any form) to Organic wines.
Hence the query.

Making your own wine is not the worst hobby to pass an hour or two with. You can go into the countryside and pick for free all sorts of things, blackberries, elder - both flowers and berries, rose hips... a delicate pale pink deceptively strong drop...even Nettles.
Plus all the 'Normal' fruits, apples, pears, strawberries, raspberries, etc.

Got a few bananas turning a bit black that the kids won't eat. Recycle them into wine.

Go to the health food shop get some barley, correctly apply a couple of simple chemical processes, find yourself an oak barrel, wait a few years and it's  GlenTree13 single malt.

Did Allardyce really have a pint of white wine in that video? If I ever want to get drunk real quick I find mainlining white wine to be better than downing a few shots or fingers of spirit. It's a better more potent drunk. More of a look at me having fun rather than a "what are you looking at" kind of haze. Then it kicks in and well.... white wine drunk is a nightmare.

If me and her are going out for something dinner, a gig, a party, the shops whatever I usually have a glass of white while she's trying to make herself look less like Shrek.

I'm a red wine man by trade.
