Fee is reportedly 21m plus 6m in bonuses. Brighton triggered an 12 month extension so he had essentially 18 months left on his deal. So it's hardly a fortune for a premier league proven player. Seems better value than the 90m+ they offered for that Ukrainian lad who only has about 60 games to his credit and may or may not turn out to be decent.

Think Arteta will be able to handle him as he's already dealt with Ozil, Aubameyang and Guendouzi.

All those in bold will leave by the summer, same with Hudson-Odoi, there is also Nkunku to come in at the end of the season. Also I'm not sure where this leaves the likes of promising young lads like Omari Hutchinson, they have flirted with the first team but with more signings they are not going to see much game time.
