Well yes. But injuries do happen. And if the risk is worth it which it would be for 10mil or so, then you have to pull the trigger sometimes. We’re all just so scarred from seemingly our entire squad getting hurt all the time

Get the feeling Kalvin Phillips aint no Declan Rice. Odd how similarish midfielders come through around the same time, Chelsea's Gallacher akin to those two before say a Scholes type. Who'd be that player now? A Beardsley type assist machine, all vision and cute passes. Reckon Lampard might try to sculpt Alli into that advanced midfield creator for us? Or look to have him move the ball to the wings to then pepper DCL?
On reflection, which strikers in the PL would you class as header merchants?

Very fast, very strong, decent finisher. Would be a nightmare to play against in our league.
