Barca are far from broke, they have been badly mismanaged by Bartomeu to end up with terrible debt that has handcuffed them. That's the beauty of a democratic club owned by its members, you can change the leadership and with that your fortunes. We are in great hands with Laporta and building an exciting young squad that will compete in every competition

And no, they have neither sold 49% of their TV rights nor 49% of merchandising - you're merely stating banter, not facts. Moreover, any sales of these kind they do make (They have actually sold only 10% of their TV rights for 25 yrs currently) they can also buy those rights back once they are back to a healthy financial state

They remain the greatest revenue generator in world football (Per Forbes)
 
Leeds sells Phillips for 50+ million and immediately are seriously linked to 22 year old Mohamed Camara for a reasonable 30 million.

They are going to have a lot of turnover, but Orta is impressive. I might not agree with all of his moves, but this is what competency looks like.

Similar was said about purchasing Ferran Torres in December. If player wants the move and Barca sell FDJ then indeed this transfer can happen.

Torres had barely kicked a ball and we made a huge profit on him.
City have a policy of not keeping players who want to leave. Silva has been told if he wants to go the price is £85M. He's a pro and won't kick up a stink if he doesn't get his own way. You pay it and you get him, it's as simple as that. If you don't match our valuation he is going nowhere.
