And at the opposite end of the spectrum, yet another senior player leaving Hull City.
This time Tom Huddleston to Derby where he joins Curtis Davies another former Hull player from last season.
Elmo, on the verge of going to Villa, the goalkeeper going to Leicester where Harry Maguire is already a player, I'll say it again, that club is an absolute joke.
Only one player in, a loanee from Chelsea.
The first division beckons.

sorry state of affairs. They started last season with about 13 players in total. They made a brilliant fist of staying up and looked like they would do it. But now, they're going to have less players than last season! It's disgusting what's happening there.

As you say, a half decent start, including beating the then champions Leicester first game seemed to signal a promising season.
But I try to imagine how we Evertonians would react, if our owners did a fraction of what Hull ' s owners are doing.

idiots. All this "statement signing" is a load of baloney, you don't need to do it, it's all about the player's quality and character at the end of the day. Neymar is only worth a fraction of that. Spurs haven't been bothered about statement signings and they've been improving season on season.
