If they bought a top centre half (Koulibaly) and recalled Henderson from sheff Utd. They would post serious questions next year.

Question becomes the manager. City and the RS have great players no doubt but they can get close to 100 points because of Pep and Klopp's systems. I'm far from convinced Solsjkaer or Lampard at Chelsea are going to make that step.
