I think that, like Conor Gallagher, he will need a season at Premier League level in order to progress. I think, with our financial situation he would be good, perhaps with an option to purchase. That and one or two of the big wage earners off the books (Sakho & Benteke), not a bad window for us.

I don't think Werner is that good. He is like the German Lukaku. Good but not at the level of a championship winning side. He misses way too many chances. I remember Lyon beating Leipzig in the CL group stages where his side created a hatful of chances wothout him scoring any of them. Our inhouse Leipzig expert, Nymphzee doesn't seem very impressed either.
