Because knowing how hard Brighton are in negotiations, City aren't going to spunk the amount of money they'll ask for.

Nobody is going to say City don't spend big, but they are quite shrewd in who they buy and for what price when you compare it with United for example.

Neither, surely £15m can be spent on a better forward abroad, a hidden gem, other clubs seem to do it. Not having a go at you btw, just think we can do a bit better elsewhere. How long have we been looking for another centre forward and when it comes to it absolutely no imagination, premier league experience it seems is crucial.
