Lewis Hall would be our starting left back. And he’s 18. Shrewd business from the skunks here. They’re building a sustainable winner.
When you can afford to chance 28mill on 18 year old gambles its a very different ball game.

Only watched him one game last season, think it was against forest and he was crap, but then lampard was the manager so you can't really judge on that with the buffoon in charge.

I was impressed the few times I watched him. The fact that Chelsea spent 60m or whatever on Cucurella and are selling a younger player who imo is equally good for less than half that is just them being stupid again.

I doubt they can move Cucurella on, they have Chillwell and selling a youth product to the journo killers is pure ffp profit. Might turn out to be a player but I can see why they are doing that business

4.25m loan fee plus 'conditional' obligation to buy (whatever that means)...... decent business ?
A conditional obligation to buy is what we were rumoured to have with Juventus when they took Kean back. Basically if the player (or team) hits certain targets during the season then they have to buy the player for the agreed fee no matter what.

Fulham striker Aleksander Mitrovic is on the cusp of sealing a move to Al Hilal.

The Serbian striker is closing in on a switch worth in the region of £50million — and will travel tonight to seal the deal. After Fulham's loss to Brentford, Marco Silva said: "He was not in the squad first because he didn't train with the team. "He is on his way to leave the club, I got information before the match and now confirmation. We have got an agreement and now is the moment to finish the era of Mitrovic in our club. "He forced everything to leave the club, he wanted to leave the club." Silva added: "If you ask me if players should behave in this way? No, it is not normal."
