Aye, signed right at the end of deadline day. There were some rumours on the French side he came on a free transfer.

Don't know much about him. Have Everton been linked in the past/ is there an Everton link there?

Pretty revolutionary what we're doing tbh. We had a team out on the weekend with an average age just over 22, amazingly its 7 years younger than Sheff Wednesday's average team (highest in the league)! It'll only get younger this season, as Dack will drop to the bench now we have a striker.

After years of complete misery it's class going to the match at the moment. Even when we lose you're seeing these young lads grow and develop. The talent on show is unreal. Wouldn't be surprised to see 10+ of the current squad go on to play PL football in the future.

Don’t know if we were ever linked to him but he was quite heavily hyped when he came through around the age of 17/18. Haven’t really followed what he’s been doing since then though

Not just Everton bad at transfers. 97m fees to being these two in, both leaving for a potential 20m.

At least Sanchez did his best and was professional, he just wasn't good enough. Ndombele was just a lazy wage thief. Not a single tear shed by anyone that he has gone out on loan (again). Will go on a free next season.
 


Find these long term deals Chelsea have been doing under Boehly interesting. Little bit here about their strategy but I wonder how they are getting the players to agree to that length of contract as the durations are still out of the ordinary. Given the amortisation benifits why don’t other clubs do it more?

Probably cos good luck trying to find somebody to buy that Myduck crapper when he has 7 years still left on his contract.
