He's in the development squad but with Wickham rivalling Andy Carroll for fitness and Remy out for 8 weeks with a thigh muscle tear in training he had to step up today. Did ok as a late sub apparently. Flamini will pass muster if he does as well as Ashley Cole when he came on loan. Sadly, I expect him to be more like David Price.

one of my best mates is a Spurs fan. Back and forth all day on the transfer deadline we were saying 'you know, you are MORE than welcome to get him'. When NEITHER set of teams want that player it's a pretty damning indictment.
