I understand that his release clause allows him to go to a Champions League Club for a specified amount. Anyone not in the CL and Palace can ask what they want. As they are trying to discourage a sale, that would be a lot.
Bayern Munich are set to sign Michael Olise after the Crystal Palace winger decided to join the Bundesliga giants.
Bayern, Chelsea and Newcastle had all contacted Palace earlier this month to register their interest in the 22-year-old.
A deal was expected to be complex, with Olise's release clause worth in the region of £60m, and percentages of any transfer due to Palace, the player himself, and his former club Reading.
Chelsea are understood to have had concerns about the overall cost of the deal.

Hes an alright player but Villa got him for buttons off Derby a year ago. Clearly a PSR thing. What will be fun is if Chelsea now try to value their 18 year olds at the same price as what they've clearly overspent on others
Villa must really be up against it with PSR. Selling the lot.
