Personally feel Dowell has a much higher ceiling than Rashica and Cantwell so I'd give him a lot of time instead of those two if staying in the league isn't a priority which their business suggests it isn't
He turns 24 soon. His ceiling isn't that high.

It still is. He's not really properly played until the second half of last year and he was really good. I'm more intrigued by a year of him settled into a club and playing regularly than Rashica and Cantwell even at 24.
