Not 100% sure but id assume if barca want to they can? Because its not saying the cant more like they dont want him to sign if ya get me

Biggest bunch of cryarses going the La Liga lot.

Have no problem with Real & Barca spending massive sums on players but as soon as someone else does it they are up in arms.

They have one of the worst defenses in the league and think splashing 40 mil on Zaha is the play when they have Laca and Auba? Really bizzare.

The rumours/researched articles suggest that Arsenal effectively underwrites or guarantees loans Kronke uses to fund his Merican sport interests. As long as the cash rolls into North London, all is sweet across the pond.

The almost guaranteed CL qualification that Wenger produced has now been replaced by the increase in TV cash. Mike Ashley lite if you like.

Goes to fund Kronkes US Sports teams, mainly the LA Rams, the whole thing is joke i don't know how he gets away with it tbh.
 
lol at arsenal, celtic ask for 30 mill for tierney, they offen 15......palace ask for 100 mill for zaha, they offer 40.....
