Walcott has the capacity to get 20 goals a season and is not even their main striker. I don't see anyone at Spurs (apart from Bale) outside of Soldado getting near these figures. For all the power that they've bought in midfield, even with Bale they struggled to score in some games which is ultimately what cost them (and us) the points to get fourth last season.

If he can keep them all fit then Diaby Wilshere and Rosicky is one of if not the best mdifield three in the prem in terms of balance and creativity. You only have to see the difference in the results once Rosicky returned last year to see what an underrated excellent player he is.

I don't really rate either of their defenses with both of them perhaps having one quality player in there. I know Arsenal have injuries at the moment but its staggering to think that they could have Arteta Oxlade Chamberlain and Ramsey all sitting on their bench. I expect Arsneal to strenghten even more whereas Spurs may not after Wilian and Lamela. If Arsenal get in a quality wide forward or main striker and some defensive reinforcement then I thinkt hey'd still be ahead of Spurs. As it is I think it will remain close to call between them this season.

Walcott only scored when he was played as the main striker and threw his dummy out when he weren't. in the end his totals were similar to defoe's. For Giroud see Adebayor who is capable of plenty of goals if he's arsed.

The facts are that Diaby, Rosicky and Wilshere are never fit. The first two can't hack the rigours. Even then I'd take a combo of Spurs best three over them all day and twice on sunday.

Lets not even talk about the defences and keepers.

The fact is you're talking ifs, buts and maybes where the Arse are concerned and I can say for a fact Spurs will have a top drawer 11 out every week and should fear no one says a lot. Wenger won't get a better player than Soldado in now IMO.

Only on a years loan. Another good signing for us, will net a few goals and is known to Holloway from his time at Blackpool.
We are trying to convince Holloway that Messi and Neymar were at Blackpool previously as it does seem to be the one vital factor in us signing anyone.
