Marca are reporting Bale has agreed a 6 yr deal with Madrid. After they sell Higuain then they will hammer Spurs door.

typical Spurs summer really, look ambitious then at the last second sell their star player.

All makes sense, Madrid sell Higuain = money for Bale and Spurs now buy Chadli and Soldado

Maybe they knew Bale was already going so they done they have done their business before he has gone so they don't get ripped off with prices.
 
If Madrid got Bale I can see a lot of players being unhappy there next season as they have far to many midfielders:

Khedira
Modric
Alonso
Ozil
Di Maria
Isco
Ronaldo
Kaka
Illaramendi
Casemiro

Don't think they really need Bale.
 

Madrid's money would be better spent on another striker as they will only have Benzema and some youngsters once Higuain leaves. I wouldn't be surprised if Ancelotti went in for Zlatan, with the money they get from Higuain and from selling Callejon and Albiol.
