I find it weird that a championship club didn't sign him earlier tbh. He's not great but he's a presence and will work his socks off. That is normally half the forwards in that division.
Was gonna say can see him grabbing a decent return in the championship and then see he’s injured ffs

Tbf he’ll get a lot more time in that league and he isn’t awful when he gets time on the ball

He barely got a chance to play for him and Martinez always said he was one for the next season.

Martinez probably would have looked at his strengths rather than his weaknesses, it's what he does.
Come on mate. The first time he came on as sub against Norwich anyone with half a clue could see he wasn't a top level footballer. He was running round like the rubbish at football kid in the school playground, not knowing what position to take up or anything

He has scored against Liverpool and Man Utd. Scored international goals, scored in the Europa League, scored in Russia and Turkey.

Good work rate, strong shot in him, decent header of a ball and made good runs.

Not saying he was Pele or anything but he did have a career before us, it annoys me how some claim he had just discovered how to kick a ball or something.

13M was about 12M too much but we have had worse.

He was comedy bad rather than annoyingly bad. Similar thing with Stracqualursi.

I don't feel any hate for him whatsoever. It's not his fault we were stupid enough to buy him. We were idiots and he took us for every penny he could; good on him.

Oh and that dive he got did for was never, ever a dive.

It's weird, but I pretty much knew he was terrible before he kicked a ball - when he was unveiled he ran around the centre circle like an insane asylum patient on day release.
