He was comedy bad rather than annoyingly bad. Similar thing with Stracqualursi.

I don't feel any hate for him whatsoever. It's not his fault we were stupid enough to buy him. We were idiots and he took us for every penny he could; good on him.

Oh and that dive he got did for was never, ever a dive.

He also gave me at least the best feel moment watching us in years (well until the Anfield derby win). when he came back from the dead to score a brace to beat Bournemouth (?).

Proper boss moment, I suppose that's what football is about.

He has scored against Liverpool and Man Utd. Scored international goals, scored in the Europa League, scored in Russia and Turkey.

Good work rate, strong shot in him, decent header of a ball and made good runs.

Not saying he was Pele or anything but he did have a career before us, it annoys me how some claim he had just discovered how to kick a ball or something.

13M was about 12M too much but we have had worse.
He never scored much for us. As for his career before us. He played in mickey mouse leagues and I can honestly say we haven't had much worse. Don't get me wrong, I liked the lad, I wish some of our current lot had his enthusiasm but as a footballer, definately not premier league.

I hate the term mickey mouse league too to be honest!

He showed some flashes at times, never got a proper run (didn't deserve one really) but the manager who signed him was gone after a month or so, was injured as soon as he got here and then got jibbed off by Koeman.

He was never going to be a proper option but I don't think he is anywhere near as bad as people said, but we never got to see much here anyway.
