Martinez is just embracing the formation ive been boring everybody silly with all season, soon we will unleash total football on the world, but we better do it soon, cos most of these players wont be here long :

Robles
Coleman - Stones - Jags - Baines
Barry
Barkley - Besic
Geri----------------Niasse
Lukaku
Save your job you utter spanish fraud, play that team whenever possible.

If we can bring in a new keeper in the summer then that looks decent but with Mori possibly over Jags.

Barry is 35 by next season though, I think we would need to have Besic deeper as he has a better passing range than McCarthy so could be them together sat deep.

OR need to bring in someone as a deep lying playmaker to come in for Barry.

Team taking shape....looking good.

@RomanReigns the board doesnt just "pocket the cash" you know. Remember there are signing and agent fees also.

In summer there will be much more money around anyway.

At the moment we have:

Barkley
Deulofeu Niasse
Lukaku

Tarashaj will compete with Barkley
Kone will cover for Niasse / Lukaku
Lennon will cover for Deulofeu

If Mirallas goes he will be replaced and also Kone will need replacing also by 2017 when his contract finishes...so we still will need 1-2 additions here.

......the amount of monies spent suggests to me that RM urgently wanted a player for a specific role in the starting X1. I can only think that role is the one Kone has been playing. My concern is that somebody who isn't a natural left winger upsets the balance of the side, particularly when we lose possession. Saying that, the reported work rate of this fella gives him a chance of filling in on the left as well as supporting Lukaku.

If it is that role he'll have to put in a lot of miles to be truly effective.

Thank you for the answers :).
About Niasse and N'Doye. Tbh, they both were brilliant in terms of Russian Premier League, and having joined Hull Dame kept scoring. In my opinion, Dame is more like a tank. He's got some strength and also he had, I dunno how to say, like a feeling of goal. He usually was at the right place in the right time. Niasse likes a lot of running, he's not so predictable as Dame. That's what I saw from the stadium. I think, yeah, Niasse has more potential, especially, if we take into consideration the style of Everton, so. At least, I think, he will bring more wonderful moments than Diniar Bilyaletdinov. Ah, Diniar, Diniar...

An obvious thing, I think, is that he needs to play. If Martinez is gonna keep him on the bench, then, ofc, it will give no any effect. But if he plays he's gonna be in good shape).

What's all this?
Look, I just want to know if he's packing much pipe?

And then if Mirallas goes... And we sign Yarmz

Robles
Coleman Stones Jags Baines
Barkley Barry
Del
Yarmz Lukaku Niasse

The entertainers..... lol

I wonder if we've bought a new striker in the January window to see if he'll be an adequate replacement for Rom?

I mean, we keep hearing that he's going in the Summer for fifty or sixty million, and if he does you can bet it'll be
on August 29th and we haven't replaced him.

He sounds OK, to me, and I think it's a good move by us.

We did sell Naismith and kone is not good enough so we need this signing.

Mate if we got 60 million for Rom I don't think many would be happy with a 13 million replacement. It's not about the player, it's the statement spending the money makes to the squad, fans and league.

It's also very much about the player... not just the money.

If we had £60mil to spend, we would have to be even more cautious about getting ripped off. If clubs know we had that £60mil to spend, then a £13mil striker would suddenly become a £25mil striker...
