Bolasie is a good player but he's more an out and out winger.

From what I can see, Niasse seems to be more of a forward who can play wide but won't be someone who stay out wide and gets crosses in, but a player that drifts in-field to hold the ball up and get into the box.

Would that be fair @bluestevon ?

If it comes off, having never seen him play so not on about quality, but it seems he would be being brought in to fill the role that Kone has been playing on the left, which as I have mentioned before, does succeed in Rom having a lot more support and gives us another option up top.

He's played well better this season as a striker for sure, was getting used wide prior as he puts in a good shift and they had another forward who was doing what he basically is this year, as I've said there is a direct comparison to how we use Kone which is why i can see this having some legs to it, my main point is for people to not get expectations up too high about him, I'm pretty sure that in the Loko team Kone would put up similar numbers mate, certainly pre knee injury he would have anyway

A few asked me earlier who he played like, decent example would be the way Kone was at Wigan - not exactly but not the worst example of him

Think its highly unlikely we will get a work permit yano.

He has to have played in 75% of the matches in the last 2 years and hes only got 4 caps.
Isn't there some sort of change to the rules this season where you can get an exemption to the work permit rules for expensive enough transfers?

Not 100% sure, I know they changed the rules concerning being a top 10 ranked team or not sure if it was a change, but I know that if the team is ranked in the top 10 Fifa ratings its only 30%.

Yeah, but I think they also replaced the old appeal process with a new one where they grant exceptions based on how much money is involved in the transfer. Because, you know, they have to make sure Chelsea and the RS can keep signing any player they feel like chucking money at.

They normally give us the red folder marked reject.

There's no chance of us getting a work permit. Theresa May is fuming with the club since George Osborne had a photo shoot at Finch Farm with who she deems 'economic migrants.'
