Thought he played quite well, did a lot of running and pressed. Something we've lacked ALL season

Niasse is coming into the game more and more, not bad at all so far, but he is very much a Kone mk.2 in his consistency. He certainly isn't a lone man upfront player, needs to be running the channels or coming deeper. Not that the passing to him so far has allowed for that.

He's blown hot and cold so far. He's done alright, not particularly bad or good but needs better service, he's most certainly not been the worst on the pitch as some seem to think. Think he needs a strike partner to excel, like Rom.

I think he would be OK. Brings the pressing up top that we never get from Lukaku. Would fit well with a more organized manager.

Fair play to him - got better as the game went on, never looked fantastic but didn't look as dire as feared.

No chance he's a £14m player though, no way.

He won't turn out to be utterly abject. People will start arguing that 'he can do a job'. He will remain sub-standard.

Took a while to get in the game (not surprised)...once he got going he looked pretty decent. Probably better as a second striker playing off Rom.
