£5m is worth the gamble for a player that cost £13.5 6 months ago surely? (no Evertonian answer!)

My mate came up to my an hour ago showing me a Turkish website with a photo of Niasse on it, I got all excited until he said "Gala have pulled out because Niasse wants too much".
